EMX designs, develops and builds high performance electric powertrains and vehicle solutions and is specialized in the engineering and production of complete electric powertrains for motocross, enduro, trial, urban and light vehicles for street legal as well as non-street legal applications. We are a turnkey provider from a blank sheet through to low volume production, enabling us to significantly de-risk and accelerate new products for our customers. Our E-motor technology enables customers to optimize tailoring and cost-efficient electric drive systems. From global OEMs to start-ups, we apply an identical process to deliver and integrate high performance electrical powertrains for the highest of standards. EMX has extensive knowlegde of the development and design of powertrain systems from 3kW to 150kW, with battery capacities of 1kWh to 60kWh (48V to 800V DC). Our swappable battery technology is distinguished by its flexibility in dimensions and higher energy density, which results in better performance, space savings, range and reliability.

Powertrain systems
The complete tailored electric powertrain systems are designed, engineered and produced with Dutch key-partners. Versitality is key in a high performance application. Our reliable high performance powertrain system is scalable and delivers a wide range from 3kW till 150kW. EMX adapts our solutions to each customer, giving them the electric power and support to win.


Electric motor design
We use advanced EMX developed software, and design and engineer complete high effiency electric motors that fit our clients wishes from scratch. Every Watt of power counts. Our electric motors are designed for peak efficienty, torque and responsivenss during the most challenging conditions. Custom build to optimize weight, cooling and durability.


Motor controller design
High performance electric racing requires power delivery to be fast, precise and reliable. The EMX motor controller PCB designs ensure precisely that. It's engineered for extreme conditions and our boards provide high efficiency control with rapid response times and seamless integration with advanced systems. Whether it's with electric drive or hybrid systems, we deliver the control hardware which keeps customers ahead of the pack.
Embedded software
Our complete systems are controlled by our own developed embedded software. This is as critical as mechanical precision. We develop tailored code in -C that maximizes performance, reliability, and adaptability, on and off the track.
Gear transmission
Every millisecond counts in high performance products. We provide designed gear transmissions, engineered for maximum power, precision, and control. We deliver customed race proven solutions that can withstand extreme loads. With our rapid development and our seamless integration, we don’t just supply components. We drive champions.

Advanced tailored swappable battery
EMX is capable to engineer complex shape tailored swappable battery packs. Optimized for maximum energy density and durability. Completely build in-house using the latest battery cell technology.
Every second counts, therefore we can supply swappable battery packs that are engineered for quick, safe and seamless integration within the vehicle. Reducing the downtime and operational readiness. We engineer and design battery packs from 1 kW till 60kW.
Power electronics - BMS - E-fuse design
Advanced energy management and protection systems, featuring intelligent battery controllers that monitor, balance, and protect cells in real time, ensure safe, efficient, and high-performance power delivery in electric vehicles. This integrated approach maximizes safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Liquid cooling systems
To sustain peak performance we engineer liquid cooling solutions that maintain optimal temperatures for batteries, motors and electronics.
Optimal integration engineering
In L-vehicles space is sparse, we are specialized in using it all. Our optimal integration engineering ensures all systems work together flawlessly for peak performance.
